PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

Payment is required prior to the event.  If no proof of registration is presented at the day of the event, participants are responsible for payment of the registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

AAGEN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at its sole discretion. If AAGEN cancels the Event for any reason, participants will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee they paid. AAGEN is not responsible for nor will it reimburse any travel expenses the participant has incurred in the event of Event cancellation. If AAGEN postpones or reschedules the Event for any reason and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the Event on the rescheduled date, the participant will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee they paid.  AAGEN is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the Event. AAGEN shall assume no liability whatsoever for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damanages of any type in the event the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders holding of the event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.  Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of AAGEN may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Accordingly, AAGEN reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to the participants whatsoever. Participants who voluntarily cancel their registration in writing prior to May 23, 2015 will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee; no refunds will be available for cancellations made after May 23, 2015. 

Confidentiality/Intellectual Property

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the seminar are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to AAGEN and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the seminar materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the AAGEN. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited.
