AAGEN Connects Public Service With Excellence

OVERVIEW

The Asian American Government Executives Network started in 1994 when several Asian American executives in the federal government met informally to explore ways of establishing a collaborative network of Asian and Pacific Islander American executives government‐wide. Since then, AAGEN has become a fully participating partner in the public arena. It has active members throughout the country in federal, state and local government.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Develop and enhance management and leadership skills for AAGEN members by means of the AAGEN SES Development Program
  • One-on-one mentoring, coaching, interviewing and training sessions with numerous Senior Executives in the SES Development Program
  • Access to Asian American Senior government executives and congressional/private sector leaders
  • Networking opportunities with the AAGEN regular luncheon and dinner speaking engagements or AAGEN conferences and award events
  • Access to the large AAGEN membership directory
  • AAGEN SES Development Program
  • AAGEN Scholarship Program
