The AAGEN SES Development Program will select candidates for its 2013-2014 Class. Eligible applicants must be at the GS-15 equivalent level or higher, and have at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Current federal government employees and professionals from outside the federal government may apply. AAGEN will select twenty-four candidates for the class, up to four of whom will be selected from applicants outside the federal government.

Registration begins on 12 October 2012 and ends at 11:59PM on 26 December 2012. Please note that the online registration closing date has been extended two weeks. However, the complete application package is still due by 6 January 2013 to ensure that our Panel members have adequate time to review the candidacy. The final review panel will request the submission of the 5minutes video from the finalists prior to selection.
Both the online application submission and the e-mail with attachments are a part of your application package. Incomplete applications will be rated as "ineligible" and will not be considered.
Applicant can submit first the online application without all supported documents. Applicants have until the closing date to submit the rest supported documents/materials via email to programs@aagen.org.
Please follow the referenced OPM guidance for ECQ writing: each ECQ cannot exceed 2 pages, and the font should be regular and legible (no less than 12pt font). One page per ECQ is also encouraged and acceptable.
